Doubleheader-Friday August 12th 2-3 and 3-6 PM

Lets do two today. The show formerly known as "The Blog" with Oregonian columnist John Canzano from 2-3 today, followed by the final show with our new boss, and former co-host Dennis Glasgow-Primetime 3-6. Lots of things to discuss on both shows-

Brian Grant- Let it go Blazer fans. Unproductive, even for a backup at the power forward position. Remember him for the warrior he was, not a shell of his former self. Let the legacy live in a positive light, not a negative one. And if HE is a reason to buy tickets, this franchise is in far worse shape than we thought.

OSU Academics- Why wasn't Chaz Scott in summer school if he was having problems? I have to think a Mike Riley grovel session with the school president has a lot more weight if Scott would have been enrolled in the summer. The other part of me says a good football team is good for the school overall so remember you are Oregon State, not Northwestern or Harvard-in other words get Scott eligible.

NASCAR- weekly look at the chase for the cup with B. Duane Cross from www.nascar.com at 3:25.

Prime Cuts- Live from the bite our best interviews of the week all condensed into one segment at 5:25. We don't stream and we don't pod-cast (complaints in regards to that send to Erin Hubert at ehubert@entercom.com) so your best chance to hear something you missed is here.

Have a great weekend!
Ian

25 point pledge, winning, business for profit, screening young talent ... bottom line, they don't have a plan, their inaction with Sharif and VanExel speak volumes to their current committment to winning. Darius Miles is still a Blazer, the team has no leadership, and a 2nd year high schooler will run the team this year. Brian Grant should not be the topic, he can't help a hopeless situation.

Canzano needs his own show.

Chaz Scott likes the Green Cabbage. Just one of the reasons why he won't be playing for the Beavs again.

Not only is Canzano unreadable, he is also unlistenable.
